Booking Requirements-
To confirm your booking, I will need your full name, e-mail address, and a contact number. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via text on Instagram or your mobile number, according to your preference. Please notify me promptly if your contact details change.
Scheduling and Cancellations-
I highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. I send confirmation texts and complimentary reminders 24 hours before your appointment via text, email, or Instagram, but it’s also a good idea to add your appointment to your own calendar. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer your slot to another client. I understand emergencies happen. Contact me as soon as possible to make any changes.
Deposits and Payment Policies-
To keep the booking process stress-free, I DO NOT charge a deposit initially. However, if you fail to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, a 50% deposit will be required for your next booking. This deposit can be paid by credit or debit card and will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend, but they will be refunded or transferred if you reschedule in time. Please ensure you have the means to pay for your appointment upon arrival, as I do not offer credit. We accept all Major Debit/Credit cards and Cash. Failure to pay will result in legal action with additional costs passed on to you.
Payment For First-Time Clients-
New clients may be required to make an upfront payment before receiving treatment during their first visit.
Packages-
All Feel Good Packages purchased must be paid for in full upfront.
No Shows and Lateness-
If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for future bookings. Repeated no-shows will result in the automatic cancellation of future appointments, and full payment may be required in advance. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or the appointment may be canceled, necessitating a 50% deposit for your next booking.
Consultations and Client Information-
All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. This ensures I meet insurance requirements and confirms that the chosen treatment is appropriate for you.
Expectant or Nursing Mothers-
I offer specially designed treatments and conduct thorough consultations to select the most suitable options. Clients who have had babies within the last six weeks must receive clearance from their doctor before treatment.
Treatment for Male Clients-
- I welcome male clients and offer treatments listed on my price list. New male clients must be referred by a female family member who is one of my regular clients. (Though I still reserve the right to decline services if, for any reason, I do not feel comfortable proceeding with the appointment.)
-Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the treatment with no refund. Please note I reserve the right to inform the Police if necessary.
- For full-body treatments, male clients must wear underpants and bring extra shorts.
Respect-
I ask you that you extend the same respect that you would expect in return. Any form of misbehaviour or abuse will not be tollerated. Please note I reserve the right to inform the Police if necessary.
Cancellation by Calm-Therapies-
Occasionally, I may need to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. I will provide as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours. If I have to cancel your appointment and cannot reschedule at a convenient time, your deposit will be refunded.
Gift Cards-
- Gift cards must be used before their expiry date. It is advisable to book well in advance and let me know the treatments you would like to book.
- The gift card is valid exclusively for the specified treatment. If you select a different treatment that exceeds the value of the gift card, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost.
- Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will void the gift card.
Prices and Treatment Changes-
Prices are subject to change without notice, and I reserve the right to modify treatments, courses, or packages at any time.
Promotions/ Special Offers-
- First-time clients can choose either a 10% discount on their first visit or the taster offer (once only) as a welcome offer.
- 10% off for new clients: this promotion can only be used once on 60, 90 and 120-minute treatments.
(Excluding packages) as they are already discounted.
- 1 hour treatment taster offer for 45 minutes: this promotion can only be used once.
- Any promotions cannot be used in conjunction with another.
